   Canton Fair exhibitors (including online exhibitors)

   2.  Content

   (1) The content of the release is new products, new technologies, new materials and new designs released for the first time in the global market, domestic market or Canton Fair.

   (2) The product category is within the scope of the exhibits permitted at the Canton Fair.

   (3) The published content is not believed to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, engage in any trade disputes, or contravene any regulations pertaining to the management of exhibits at Canton Fair.

   3.  Requirements

   (1) The materials provided by participating enterprises, such as product pictures and videos, and pictures and videos of release activities, must meet the requirements for displaying and publicising the activities;

   (2) Participating enterprises must actively cooperate with the collection of activity materials, activity preparation and on-site implementation.

   Release Forms

   Canton Fair New Collection launched four release forms: theme release, release at booths, online gallery, release on live. Through the rich form of activities, the exposure rate of new products can be increased, so that the selected enterprises and new products can get more attention and contact more buyers.

   ——What is Theme Release?

   The theme release will be released on the central platform between Area A and B of Canton Fair Complex.According to the exhibition theme of the Canton Fair, it will display new products in the form of showcasing sections such as corporate roadshows, T-stage shows, interactive demonstrations, buyer experiences, release on live, and more. The site will be set up with an activity release area, audience seating area, product display area, interactive experience area, and enterprise negotiation area.

   ——What is Release at Booths?

   Guide brand-name enterprises and high-quality enterprises to arrange people to promote new products in their booths and organize special activities to release new products. The organizers unify the publicity and incorporate into the scheduling, and at the same time launch the official website synchronous live broadcasting, online catalog, lucky gifts coupon activities for buyers,on-site tours with media reporters and other publicity methods to increase the display exposure opportunities.

   ——What is Online Gallery?

   Set up a “Canton Fair New Collection” column on the official website of Canton Fair, and release the selected new product videos in phases according to 13 exhibition themes during the Canton Fair, buyers can visit the companies' online shops through the page, while companies can generate promotional posters with just one click,which is convenient for forwarding and dissemination. During the non-conducted period, new companies with corresponding topics can be invited to release their latest product videos in conjunction with the monthly industry-themed activities on the Canton Fair's online platform.

   ——What is Release On Live?

   Set up an “Exhibitors On Live” on Canton Fair's official website to live broadcast the activities of the special release and enterprise exhibition (selected booth release sessions). In addition, highlights will be released through the official accounts of Canton Fair on WeChat, TikTok, Kuaishou, Facebook, and more.
