Starting from the 122^nd session, we will introduce a “single window” for customs declaration and inspection and quarantine application for exhibitors of the International Pavilion（http://www.singlewindow.gz.cn）. On this platform, companies engaged in international trade (including international exhibition) and logistics（including owners of goods, freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping agencies, docks, shipping companies）can submit only once standardized information and documents that meet the requirements of the regulatory departments.

After filling in exhibition information and list of exhibits for record keeping, they can then apply for customs clearance and inspection and quarantine, thus simplifying formalities and shortening the time for customs clearance. Exhibitors should provide complete and correct list of cargo and relevant documents according to the requirements of agents to avoid any delay of clearance due to document inconsistency.
