Mathis Heller is a German automotive and product designer with studios based in Amsterdam and Shanghai. He is a master at the Detao Masters Academy in Shanghai and a professor at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Art.

Heller has worked for various famous brands, such as BMW, MAN Bus & Trucks, Deutsche Bahn, Siemens, Unilever, Haier and Dongfeng Motors.  

His work has received countless international awards, including the Red Dot Award ‘Best of the Best’ and the iF Award in Gold. He is also jury member of many renowned design awards, including the iF Award and the Red Star award.
