Dr. Bao has more than 20 years of practical experiences in textile industry production, printing&dyeing auxiliaries production and application and third-party laboratory. She, as a major researcher, once participated in the basic research projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Development Fund, published more than 30 scientific and technological professional papers. Some have won the national industry Paper Award, and one was included in SCI and EI respectively.

Since entering the industry of third-party laboratory, Dr. Bao has been proficient in testing standards and relevant technical regulations of various countries including GB standards, as well as the improvement of textile quality problems. She also participated in the technical panel review of many national textile product standards and method standards, and completed the applications of several association standards.
