 Tong Huiming | Tong Huiming Professor at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Founder of BDDWATCH Former dean of the School of Design and the School of Industrial Design of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Former vice president of Guangdong Industrial Design Association. Has repeatedly served as a jury member for prestigious domestic and international design awards. Prof. Tong has been engaged in design education, research and practice for over 40 years. Based on his long-term focus on the trends in industrial design, he proposed the concept Brand Driven by Design and initiated the establishment of the BDDWATCH research platform. Over the past 7 years, 80 case studies have been published. He has presided over 6 BDDMuseum exhibitions, 6 BDDForum forums and over 70 BDDLive livestreaming shows, effectively promoting the development of design-driven brand enterprises in China.
