He has promoted data-driven comprehensive experience management and digital and intelligent transformation. Clark Zhong also serves as the chairperson of the China region of User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA). He initiated the UXD Award (UXDA) and the Good Experience Award (GXA). As the secretary-general of the CIFTIS-Service Design Congress, he initiated the selection of outstanding service design cases in China and service design engineers.
