Contact withthe Organizer, submit relevant participation documents, including the businesscertificate, company & products introduction profile, certificate of origins or other supportingdocuments and authorization materials.

Pay for the exhibition feesonce the Notice of Payment is received. Enterprises who pay 100% of exhibition fees will be regarded asthe final qualification to participate in the exhibition. In principal, once the fee paid, there will beno refund.

(1) System Application

Completing enterprise information and submit the booth application on EasyExhibitor System.For newapplicants，please register first.

(2) Exhibit Transportation

After booth confirmation, please contact with recommended transporters of the Canton Fair to ensure smooth custom clearance.

(3) Visa Application

After booth confirmation, exhibitor could downloadthe Exhibitor invitation Letter from Easy Exhibitor System for visaapplication.

(4) Construction

For exhibitior who book raw space booth, please contact with qualified constructors for booth design.

Standard booth will be constructed by Canton Fair Exhibition design & Construction co.,Ltd., exhibitors could contact with them(Email:cfedcip@cfedc.net) if modification is needed for booth decoration.

(5) Exhibitor Badge

Please activate or apply badges in advance through Easy ExhibitorSystem.For exhibitor who apply for new badge, please collect the badges on site (the exact time and location will be informed by organizer). 3free badges is provided for each 9 m2 booth.

(6) Exhibits Preparation

(1) Log in Online Exhibition Platform,upload information about enterprise and exhibits.

(2) Refer to the Help Center and learn the functions of the online Canton fair  platform.

(3) Log in the online platform regularly to receive buyers contacts and orders.
