Yu is the founder of the Feish Industry Design Ltd., Co. who established the Hangzhou head company, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen branch companiesof Feish on 2002, 2007, 2011 and 2012, individually. As the leader of Feish design team, he with his partners have won the international and domestic wards such as IF，G-mark，PIN-UP, China Red Start Design Ward，and ‘Asia's most influential Design Award’ by Hongkong Design Centre dozens of times, and successfully designed more than 400 products for the clients on the market.

Feish proposes strategic development model of advanced international design conception localization, implements the integrated innovation strategy. Yu has won many awards, for instance, ‘Advanced Individual of Hangzhou Culture & Innovation Industry Development 2009’, ‘Hangzhou Top Ten  elite of Industrial Design Industry’,‘2011 Advanced youth worker of Xihu District, Hanzghou City ,China’, and ‘China Top Ten outstanding Industrial designer 2012’, ‘Outstanding youth leader of Hangzhou City’etc.
