Since Sep. 2010, she has been assigned as Dean Assistant and design director of China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute.

2011, she participated in organizing China International Design Industry Association and worked as Vice Chairman and Secretary General.

She has been the General Editor and Deputy Chairman of DESIGN magazine since Sep. 2010.

She has drafted the first China standard of industrial design, and based on which, she studied and extended research system for design standard, and procedure and system of building design laboratory.
