Mandy co-founded Bole Design in 2003. Nowadays, Bole Design has become Top 10 Design Company of China, Hangzhou Industry Design Center and Zhejiang Industry Design Center.

In 2014, Mandy and her company established a new designer brand——“Chengshe”. She leads her team to discover the possibility of the traditional bamboo into modern life around world. “Chengshe” combine the Oriental Zen Aesthetics and the Nordic minimalist successfully. Now, the brand has developed nearly 50 new products and gain 33 national patents. “Chengshe” is invited to join exhibition in Germany, Britain, Ireland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other countries and regions. It has become the representatives of Chinese original designer brand.
